HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an emergency with water coming into the basement through the ceiling. I called five different companies just hoping someone could come. Not only was Eric the only one to... call me back, but he came the same day. I thought I was looking at a huge indoor plumbing job, but he went through the entire piping system methodically and found the source outside. He didn't just blindly hammer through the damaged area in the basement ceiling leaving me with a mess. I can't say enough good things about Eric - courteous, clean, and very bright. We contacted a few plumbers to inquire about having a camera have put down our sewage drain and have it cleaned out if necessary. Some didn't respond and those who did, didn't have a camera... available. 3RD Generation came with their camera and all the necessary equipment.They responded quickly and got to work right away. Eric was thorough and informative, and explained everything we saw on the camera.I especially appreciate that he didn't suggest unnecessary services and his prices are competitive.read more
